2 YEAR RETAILER WARRANTY
All of our watches come with a 2 year retailer warranty provided by ourselves, Tic 2 Toc. If the watch develops a fault within this time period we would request that you send the watch back to us for the repair to be carried out. Repairs generally take 5 - 15 working days depending on the fault and also depending on wether parts are needed to be ordered in to carry out the repair.
WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
Your 2 year retailer warranty covers the timing mechanics of the watch. If your watch develops a fault that can not be repaired we will issue a replacement watch. On rare occasions there may be a short additional wait time to receive a replacement. If a replacement can not be issued an exchange to a similar model will be offered.
ISSUES THAT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY
If you watch has an issue that is not covered under your warranty you can send the watch back to us to be assessed by our repair team. We will then provide you with a quote of how much the issue will cost to repair. It is then your choice if you would like to go ahead with the repair although we do offer discounted repairs to our customers. Issues that are not covered under your warranty include accidental damage and wear and tear.
