EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Buy now and return your item after Christmas!
Any item bought after 28/10/2019 can be returned after Christmas. The return must reach us by 10/01/2020 to obtain a refund or exchange and the item must be in the same condition it was dispatched in as per the conditions for the return of items detailed below.
CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS
Please make sure the watch is in the exact same condition as when we dispatched it meaning no protective packaging/wrapping has been removed from the watch. No manual booklets are allowed to be filled in and the watch and packaging needs to be in the same condition.
If the protective packaging has been removed from the watch we do hold the right to refuse a refund or issue a 10% re stocking fee.
Please note that we do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours on email@example.com
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Items must be returned in secure packaging and with all items as previously described in 'Conditions for the return of items'. We recommend that items are returned via a recorded delivery service as we cannot action a refund until the goods are received and inspected.
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund.
We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.
